How long does it take for you to create your concept art designs?
Well it really depends on what I'm going for. Sometimes its a few hours - other times it may be 2 or 3 days. Since I'm involved in other things besides this site, I may hold off a bit once in a while - and then an idea hits me - and before you know it, a new concept art design is on the site.
Keep in mind that creating the art piece is just the first part. I also need to re-render art pieces for various mediums - posters, calendars, t-shirts, etc. In other words, there's allot of stuff involved.
What are the various sizes of artwork that you offer?
The maximum sizes offered are shown below.
- Gold Membership: Up to 4K pixels.
- Non-Gold Members: SD Size (1K pixels).

I got my Membership username and password. What's next?
Once you get your username and password in your registered email, you can now login. Click on the Login link and follow the simple guidelines to begin downloading the Members Only content.
Can I use your Membership Content on other computers?
If you own more than one computer / mobile device, you are definitely free to do so. Note however that this content is for your personal use only. It is not to be shared with others.
Your Membership status entitles only you to have access to the downloadable content from this site.
Is there a recurring payment for the Membership?

This website uses PayPal for Gold Membership payments.
Why do I have to pay in order to view all of your content?
I need to pay for stuff like servers, web hosting, etc. These resources require recurring monthly payments. These expenses can be offset via display advertising and Gold Memberships.
I may do commissions, but that is highly dependent on the project and the person/company that I'm dealing with. I have to be very cautious, due to the fact that some clients simply do not pay.
Can I use your artwork on my personal website or personal project?
Items that can be downloaded (like concept art) will have a download link provided below them. You will see the download links once you are logged in.
Why do you have Daily Download Limits?
The Daily Download Limit settings are as follows:
- Gold Membership (Up to 7 file downloads every 24 hours).
Note: These Download Limits are necessary in order to ensure that our server bandwidth is available for all members - and to deter hackers from mass downloading all files.
Note: There are no download limits on links that lead to other websites.
Can I request a refund from Gold Membership?
As stated in our Terms Of Service: By choosing to become a Gold Member of ConceptArtVL.com, you accept that there will absolutely be no refunds for membership fees. You accept that you will never request a refund, either via this website or via our payment processor. However, as a registered Gold Member, you can cancel your Gold Membership at any time in your Membership Area.
